Do you offer AfterPay?
Yes! We are proud to offer AfterPay to make your purchasing easier!

What is your sizing like?
We know kids grow like nothing else, so our sizes are on the standard to more generous side - we think it's better to be slightly larger than too small! 

What are your shipping charges?
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post for a flat rate of $8. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are currently shipping via Australia Post as we work out the best way to ship internationally - prices start at $12 to NZ and $16 everywhere else.

Do you offer local pickup?
We do offer local pick-up for those in Melbourne. If you would like to pick up from us in Greensborough, please enter the code 'pickup' at checkout and we will be in contact about arranging the best time for you to pick up!

What is your refund policy?
Please choose carefully as we cannot refund for change of mind.
We can exchange sizes if we have the replacement in stock, the customer is responsible for any return costs and providing a pre-paid parcel post bag for us to return the new size to you. 
Although we carefully check over items that are lovingly wrapped and sent, if your garment has any faults please email us at hello@oliveandthecaptain.com with photos of the fault and we will arrange return and replacement.

What security measures are on your site to make sure my online transaction is secure?
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payment online. Both of these payment gateways encrypt your payment information so that no financial details are shared with us.
