Do you offer AfterPay?
Yes! We offer AfterPay to make your purchasing easier!

What is your sizing like?
We know kids grow like nothing else, so our sizes are standard - if in doubt size up - we think it's better to be slightly larger than too small! We are working hard on a size chart, coming soon.

What are your shipping charges?
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are currently shipping via Australia Post as we work out the best way to ship internationally - prices start at $14 to NZ and $20 everywhere else.

Do you offer local pickup?
We unfortunately no longer offer pickup.

What is your refund policy?
Please choose carefully as we cannot refund for change of mind. If you would like to exchange a size, please fill in the returns form on our returns page and include this inside your return parcel. Once we receive your returned items, a store credit will be issued allowing you to order a new size or something else. Please note, your store credit  has no expiry. Please see our returns page for full details.

Although we carefully check over items that are sent, if your garment has any faults please email us at hello@oliveandthecaptain.com with photos of the fault.

What security measures are on your site to make sure my online transaction is secure?
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payment online. Both of these payment gateways encrypt your payment information so that no financial details are shared with us.
