Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide using Australia Post for a flat rate of $9. Free Australia wide shipping is automatically applied to orders over $100.

We are currently shipping international orders via Australia Post. Prices start at $14 to NZ and $20 everywhere else.

Orders are packed at our 3PL warehouse within 2-3 business days from purchase, Monday - Thursday.

What is your refund policy?
Please choose carefully as we cannot refund for change of mind.

If you require changing to a new size or would like to swap to something else, please return your item with the below Returns Form filled in. The same day we receive your return item back with us, we will issue a store credit for purchase of a new size. All returns must have tags attached and be in the original new condition.

Please fill in the Returns Form to include along with your return.

Although we carefully check over items that are sent, if your garment has any faults please email us at hello@oliveandthecaptain.com with photos of the fault to hello@oliveandthecaptain.com with photos of the fault and we will arrange return and replacement.
